Technical principle

JHG gas indirect heat transfer rotary drying technology is the use of natural gas, gas combustion generated clean hot air, or directly use industrial high temperature waste heat as a heat source. The hot air enters the heat exchange tube of the indirect heat exchange drying system, and the material indirectly exchanges heat with the high temperature flue gas in many heat exchange tubes in the dryer, so that the water of the material can be quickly evaporated and the purpose of drying is achieved.


Core technology

Core component

The heat transfer radiation tube of the core component is made of high temperature resistant special steel, which is developed in cooperation with Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The material still has excellent mechanical properties at 850°C high temperature. The special material mature used in nuclear power reactor core is applied to JHG gas indirect heat exchange dryer.
