一、High-performance elastic bezel

Different from the general diaphragm filter press requires high pressure water or air source as a secondary pressing power, GTY ultra-high pressure filter press adopts elastic compressible filter plate frame, which brings the benefit of better sealing, no leakage in the feeding and pressing process, and high safety.

The filter plate is compressed by direct press of cylinder, and the filter plate frame is compressed to reduce the thickness of the filter chamber and press the filter cake directly. The pressure and compression ratio are larger, and the dehydration effect is better.

The maximum pressing pressure can reach 10Mpa, which is 4 times that of the traditional filter press, the pressing speed is faster, the pressing time is short, the pressing process of the press pump is saved, and the water content of the filter cake is 10%-15% lower than that of the traditional diaphragm filter press.

三、Filter cloth embedded installation - low breakage rate and long service life 

The filter plate does not have a boss, and the filter cloth adopts an embedded structure, and the filter plate is combined with the filter cloth plane, which solves the problem of filter cloth damage caused by the repeated extrusion and tearing of the filter cloth by the traditional diaphragm press mode, and the filter cloth breakage rate is low, which can reduce the replacement frequency, reduce the production cost, and effectively improve the production efficiency.
