What is the principle of waste heat recovery technology

Flue water heat transfer process:

Add a steam and water heat exchange spray tower for: The spray tower is used for saturated moisture and residual heat circulating water heat exchange, extract the sensible heat and a large amount of latent heat after condensation of saturated moisture.

After raising the temperature, the residual heat circulating water (the residual hot water is the heat carrier between the spray tower and the heat pump), and the low-temperature moisture and moisture after heat exchange eventually enter the chimney and discharge into the atmosphere. The residual hot water takes the heat into the heat pump for recovery, releases the heat and cools it down, then returns to the spray tower to contact with saturated moisture for heat exchange, and so on.

Hot water process:

Hot water is introduced into the waste heat recovery unit (absorption heat pump), and through the 0.55Mpa saturated steam in the existing boiler room of the coal mine as a drive, the heat of the remaining hot water is recovered, and the drive heat and the remaining heat are transferred to the hot water, and the temperature is raised to 75°C for supply. The 75°C hot water can be used for heating of dormitories and workshops in the plant. Daily domestic water can be supplied by the 75°C hot water for heat exchange or after mixing water to 55°C.
